Crni Vrh to Kocevski Log then Dolenjske Toplice and kostanjevica na krki Slovenia

We drove from Crni Vrh towards ... Kalce rakek and ribinca And took the dirt road to the forest called kocevski rog . This is where after ww2 the communists rounded up men that were in the war against them and killed them by shotgun into big holes and caves and then blew the area up . There are approximately 35000 men here from Croatia and Slovenia. You wouldn't know this was here . You are in the middle of millions of pine trees . We were on a windy dirt road and Lauren drove . We walked about 200 meters and there was a lovely memorial infront of us. Then as you looked up you could see many crosses and candles left for lost ones . As we went further along the road called 917 we saw many other areas with signs for mass graves . We went to jama pod (krenom and maces no vo Gorico ) eventually we found the sealed road and headed to the town of Dolenjske Toplice. This is where there are thermal spas . The boys had a swim in the vital hotel wellness centre whilst I walked into the town and found the local markets and enjoyed a coke under a tree. then we headed to the town of kostanjevica na krki where we stayed in gostilna zolnir . Restaurant with accommodation . This town is on the banks of the krka River and this is an island town . This is one of the best restaurants in slovenia
